A Guide to Elysium in the Fief of York
Elysium is the name used by the Kindred to refer to those places that are considered to be neutral ground. There are places of Elysium in all major towns.
York
The entire of city of York is off limits to kindred. This is not so in theory only in practice. Kindred who visit the city feel as if they are being watched. Those who try to set up a territory in York are frightened off or killed. In addition, York had an extraordinary number of churches in the city and there are enough individuals with True Faith in the area to make many Kindred feel uneasy there.
In theory the whole of the old city is Elysium; ie everything within the Roman walls. Furthermore, vampires who make passing visits to these places will not be molested.
