Social rank is of great importance to kindred. Each and every member of the Fief is known to belong in one of these social classes.
The only exceptions are those who haven't presented themselves to the Council.
Due to the recent accident in York town, several members of the Council of York and the prince himself have now found their final rest. Several of these Kindred are only sketchily detailed, since they never appeared in person in our game.
In the absence of a Prince, the primogen are the highest status kindred in the Fief.
With the exception of the primogen, the elders are the most influential and powerful kindred in the fief. (Elizabeth Mallroye is included here, although she is no longer in the fief.)
The ancillae are kindred who have established themselves as a part of kindred society but are not yet of any great note.
Neonates are fledgling kindred. All neonates are closely monitored by their sires. They have little personal freedom and no more
status than the name of their sires.
Anarchs are low status kindred who live outside the formal society of the primogen.
These are some of the original characters from the Winter of Discontent campaign, which was set around the Sabbat invasion of
northern Britain. We experimented with doing away with character sheets during play, and the character descriptions here are adapted from the 'reminders' which we wrote to help players remember their character's descriptions and abilities.
